About this policy

This policy explains how intvshow collects and uses personal information when you watch series, create an account, make a purchase or contact us, on the website or in the app.

By using intvshow you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Information we collect

Account details: your email address, and the name and email shared by Google or Apple if you sign in with them. We do not use passwords.

Viewing activity: the series and episodes you watch, where you stopped, and what you like or save, so we can resume playback and recommend what to watch next.

Purchases: records of coin top-ups, episode unlocks and VIP subscriptions. Card and bank details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored by intvshow.

Messages: what you send through the Contact page. If you are signed in, the message is linked to your account.

Technical data: device type, browser, IP address and similar information needed to deliver video, keep the service secure and fix problems.

How we use it

We use your information to run your account, stream video, remember your progress, process purchases, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the catalogue.

We only use your information for new purposes where the law allows it or after asking for your consent.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a small number of essential cookies. One keeps you signed in; another holds a pending sign-in code request for a few minutes. Both are set so that scripts on the page cannot read them.

Your watch progress may be kept in your browser’s storage so you can resume an episode. Clearing your browser data removes it.

If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Sharing your information

We share information only with providers who help us run intvshow — hosting and video delivery, email delivery, payment processing, and sign-in with Google or Apple — and only as needed for that work.

Creators and agencies who publish on intvshow receive earnings and performance figures for their titles, not the personal details of viewers.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you close your account we delete or anonymise it, except records we must keep by law, such as transaction records for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and withdraw consent you have given, in line with applicable law including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

To make a request or raise a concern, use the Contact page and choose “Account and sign-in”. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

Children

intvshow is intended for adults. People under 18 may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Security

We protect your information with measures such as encrypted connections and sign-in sessions that page scripts cannot read. No system is completely secure, so please keep access to your email account safe.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about significant changes before they take effect.
