Copyright Policy

Our approach

intvshow respects the work of creators and rights holders. We remove content that infringes copyright when we are told about it, in line with applicable law, including India’s Copyright Act, 1957 and, where it applies, the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Who publishes content

Series on intvshow are published by intvshow and by creators and agencies we work with. Every partner confirms they hold the rights to what they publish and is responsible if they do not.

Reporting infringement

If you own a copyright, or are authorised to act for the owner, send a notice through the Contact page and choose “Content or copyright”.

Please include: your name and contact details; the work you believe is being infringed; a link to where it appears on intvshow; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them, with your full name as signature.

What happens next

We review each complete notice. If it is valid, we remove or disable access to the content and tell the partner who published it. Incomplete notices can slow things down, so please include everything above.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice through the Contact page explaining why. We may restore the content unless the complainant takes further action.

Repeat infringement

Accounts and partners that repeatedly infringe copyright will have their access ended.

False claims

Knowingly making a false claim of infringement, or a false counter-notice, may have legal consequences. If you are not sure whether something infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice first.
